Net30 Guard is strictly an internal accounts receivable (AR) management, workflow automation, and trade-credit tracking tool for Shopify B2B merchants. Net30 Guard is NOT a bank, lender, or financial institution, and does NOT provide loans, capital lending, financing, cash advances, factoring, or purchasing of receivables.
All trade credit terms and credit limits are extended, managed, and underwritten solely by the merchant at their own discretion and business judgment.
Net30 Guard is a loss-prevention app. Credit enforcement at checkout and draft-order alerts depend on webhook delivery and metafield projection latency. v1 supports a single presentment currency per shop.
Merchants set credit limits and are responsible for their accuracy. Staff overrides of credit holds are logged. Billing is charged through the Shopify App Store invoice; we never collect a card or off-platform payment.
